Dr. Oscar Daniel Torrealba Maradey is a Medical Doctor with comprehensive clinical training in high-volume tertiary and community healthcare settings. He is fluent in Spanish (native) and English C1, and also speaks French B2 and German A2, bringing an international clinical perspective.
During his final year of medical training, he completed integrated clinical rotations at Complejo Hospitalario Universitario Insular Materno Infantil de Gran Canaria, Spain.
Prior to his core rotations in Spain, Oscar participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Universitatea Ovidius din Constanța, Romania, where he gained international clinical experience and cross-cultural patient care training in English.
He also completed his Medical Degree Final Thesis, an experimental study evaluating advanced dehydration and rehydration techniques for formalin-fixed tissues used in anatomical preservation.
Oscar earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in June 2025. Since June 2026 he has been working as a First-Year Resident (R1) in Family Medicine at the Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Santiago (CHUS) and Rianxo health center.
